Please Note: Our Hospitality Room for Yosemite guests only provides Light Snacks, Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, and Soda from 5-9 pm daily at no charge.

1. The Hospitality Room for our entire stay will be Wickford Room
2. April 26 – BOD Meeting    Newport Room
3. April 27 – General Meeting   Newport Room
4. April 28 – Banquet Dinner, follow on events,   Atrium Room

Wednesday, April 24: Arrival – Day 1

• • 3 pm: Welcome Desk Open: – Pick up Welcome Bags / Name Tags
  • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room Wickford Room – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • 5 to 10 pm: Foxwood Casino – round trip transportation provided** TBD 29 people projected $30 per person. Currently one bus reserved. 
    • 5:00 pm: Depart Crown Plaza Hotel for Foxwood Casino
    • 9:00 pm: Depart Casino for Crown Plaza Hotel
    • Arrive at Crown Plaza Hotel just prior to 10:00 pm
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Thursday, April 25:  Day 2

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room Wickford Room
  • 9:30 am to 3 pm Mystic Seaport Tour – One Bus booked for an estimated 80 People at $60/pp (includes round-trip transportation + admission)**

• 9:30 am: Depart Crowne Plaza for the USS Nautilus Tour
• 11:40 am: Proceed to  Olde Mystic Village**
• 1:00 pm Depart Old Mystic Village for Mystic Seaport
• 3:00 pm Return to the Crown Plaza Hotel

• • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room Wickford Room – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Friday, April 26: Day 3

• 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (Wickford Room)

• 9:30 to 3 pm: Battleship Cove and Newport Naval War College Tour – One Bus Booked for 80 People at $55/pp (includes round-trip transportation + admission **
  • 9:30 am: Depart Crowne Plaza for Battleship Cove *Group only wants to do USS Massachusetts
  • 11:00 am: Depart Battleship Cove for Newport Naval War College
  • 1:30 pm: Depart Naval War College for Free Time in Downtown Newport
  • 3:00 pm: Return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel
  • 4 to 5 pm: Board of Directors Meeting ( Newport Room )
  • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room (Wickford Room) – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Saturday, April 27: Day 4

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (Wickford Room)
  • 11 am: Hospitality Room “Old Salts Tales “/ Sharing of Ships Events / Social Time, Food and Drinks available.
  • 2 to 4  pm: General Association Meeting ( Newport Room )
  • 5 to 6 pm: Hospitality Room – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • 6 pm to 10 pm: Banquet Dinner (Atrium Room)  followed by Raffle till 10:00 pm or later

Sunday, April 28: Departure – Day 5

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (Wickford Room)
  • Our 2024 Reunion ends & guests depart
