The 2025 Reunion is held in Charleston, South Carolina.

Please Note: Our Hospitality Room for Yosemite guests only provides Light Snacks, Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, and Soda from 5-9 pm daily at no charge.

1. The Hospitality Room for our entire stay will be Wickford Room
2. April 24 – BOD Meeting – TBD
3. April 25 – General Meeting  – TBD
4. April 26 – Banquet Dinner, follow-on events,   – TBD

Wednesday, April 23: Arrival – Day 1

• • 3 pm: Welcome Desk Open: – Pick up Welcome Bags / Name Tags
  • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room – TBD – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • 5 to 10 pm: tour or event – round trip transportation provided** TBD 29 people projected $30 – $50 per person. Expecting one bus reserved. 
    • 5:00 pm: Depart Hotel for tour or event
    • 9:00 pm: Depart Hotel for tour or event
      
    • Arrive at the Hotel just prior to 10:00 pm
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Thursday, April 24:  Day 2

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room -TBD
    
  • 9:30 am to 3 pm tour or event – One Bus booked for an estimated 80 People at $60/pp (includes round-trip transportation + admission)**

• 9:30 am: Depart the hotel for the tour or event
  
• 11:40 am: Proceed to the second half of the tour or event**
• 1:00 pm Depart tour or event
  
• 3:00 pm Return to Hotel

• • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room -TBD – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Friday, April 25: Day 3

• 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (TBD)

• 9:30 to 3 pm: tour or event – One Bus Booked for 80 People at $55/pp (includes round-trip transportation + admission **
  • 9:30 am: Depart Hotel for tour or event
    
  • 11:00 am: the second half of the tour or event
    
  • 1:30 pm: Departtour or event for Free Time in Downtown Charleston
  • 3:00 pm: Return to the Hotel
  • 4 to 5 pm: Board of Directors Meeting ( TBD)
  • 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room (TBD) – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant

Saturday, April 26: Day 4

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (TBD)
  • 11 am: Hospitality Room “Old Salts Tales “/ Sharing of Ships Events / Social Time, Food and Drinks available.
  • 2 to 4  pm: General Association Meeting (TBD)
  • 5 to 6 pm: Hospitality Room – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  • 6 pm to 10 pm: Banquet Dinner (TBD)  followed by Raffle till 10:00 pm or later

Sunday, April 27: Departure – Day 5

• • 8 to 9 am: Breakfast at the Hospitality Room (TBD)
  • Our 2025 Reunion ends & guests depart
