2023 USS Yosemite Association Reunion Agenda

 April 26, 2022, through April 30, 2022

The 2023 Reunion will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel at 9300 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida.

Please Note: The hotel offers Beer, Wine Mixed Drinks, and Soda from 5-7 pm each day at no charge. Two drinks per guest. This is like Happy Hour*, but this is not in our Hospitality Room but in the hotel.

• Wednesday, April 26: Arrival
  1. 3 pm: Welcome Desk – Pick up Welcome Bags / Name Tags
  2. 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room for Yosemite– available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  3. Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant
• Thursday, April 27:  Day 1
  1. Breakfast included in your room
  2. 9 am to 2 pm: USS ORLECK MUSEUM, Veterans Memorial Wall & Jacksonville Driving Tour**
  3. 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room for Yosemite – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  4. Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant
• Friday, April 28: Day 2
  1. Breakfast included in your room
  2. 9 to 3 pm: St Augustine Tour and Lightner Museum Tour**
  3. 4 to 5 pm: Board of Directors Meeting
  4. 5 to 9 pm: Hospitality Room for Yosemite – available for Light Snacks / Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  5. Dinner on your own at the Hotel or off-site restaurant
• Saturday, April 29: Day 3
  1. Breakfast included in your room
  2. 11 am: Hospitality Room for Yosemite “Old Salts Tales “/ Sharing of Ships Events / Social Time, Food and Drinks available.
  3. 2 to 4  pm: General Association Meeting
  4. 5 to 7 pm: Provided by the hotel – available for Beer / Wine / Mixed Drinks / Soda
  5. 6 pm: Banquet Dinner followed by Raffle till 10:00 pm or later
• Sunday, April 30: Departure
  1. Breakfast is included with your room, our 2023 Reunion ends & guests depart
