- Call (904) 731-3555 for reservations at the Embassy Suites Hotel at 9300 Baymeadows Road Jacksonville, Florida, for 26 April through 30 April 2023. and tell them you are with the “USS Yosemite Group “ code “UYA”. Room prices are $139 for Sunday through Thursday and $149 per night for Friday and Saturday.

- Complete the registration form
- Make a check payable to “USS Yosemite Association” for the total amount for: Registration fees, Banquet Dinner fees, and Tours fees
- Mail your check and completed registration form to:

Yosemite Sam is the traditional mascot of the US Navy ship that bears his name. In 1979, Warner Brother Studios gave permission to reproduce Yosemite Sam's likeness for the USS Yosemite use.
